Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Over the summer we went to visit our dear friends Layne and Anadeane. We were able to spend about a week there, including an Independence Day celebrations! John was baptized when he was 17. Beyond that Layne and Anadeane let John live with them for a while before he left on a mission. Now they are, in effect, grandparents to our kids.
